No, you can send bidding through the home to all Vendor within the same category you select according to the classification you have added in the request, you will receive several quotations and in your profile,you can compare and choose the best quotation as per your needs and you can also communicate with any service provider.

You can cancel the request as long as the agreement is not accepted by you, but after accepting and starting implementation, you cannot cancel the request. If the agreement is accepted and the implementation begins, the possibility of canceling the request is in agreement with the service provider or by contacting the support team when the dispute between the two of you, and this may lead to not returning the full amount according to the problem and the implementation phase and estimating technical support to it.

The service provided by the Fidelen platform is to protect the rights of the two parties, and when paying directly to the service provider, the platform gives up its responsibility for the agreement between you and does not guarantee the results. When paying through the platform completely, the platform divides the transfer to the service provider only when the customer accepts the end of the stage according to the agreement and about it and moves to the next phase of implementation, and thus the two parties protect their rights.

When the vendor sent the quotation, he suggests a percentage of payment at each stage according to the completion with date, the customer can discuss it and agree on these percentages. The platform imposes on all requests to be 3 stages (Kick-off - middle - Final and receiving) Before the end of every phase with in 24 hours, a notification will be sent to the customer to follow up on the implementation, and can accept the transition to the next phase within 48 hours, and thus the platform transfers the payment according to the agreed percentage for each phase. If the customer didn’t respond, it will move to the next phase automatically after 48 hours.

Fidelen allows only official businesses to register, who have valid CR in Saudi Arabia and are not allowed to open personal accounts, whether for the seller or the buyer. The platform issues the quotation in the form of a legal sale agreement that is accepted by the authorized person in both companies. When paying the value of the service, it is transferred to the seller in batches according to the agreement concluded between the vendor and customer, and when there is a violation of the conditions or implementation by the vendor, the transfers can be stopped until the problem is resolved.

All businesses that have an active commercial registration from the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, and their services fall under the categories available on the platform, In case your category is not included, Kindly contact the support team to check the ability to add it.

The entire value of the project is paid from the customer in advance to Fidelen platform, and according to the phases of the agreed project, we will transfer the ratio according to the phase by bank transfer within 24 hours upon the customer’s acceptance.

Vendors can send an unlimited number of quotations to the requests that are sent directly to them. As for the biddings sent to all service providers under a specific category, the free subscriber can send only 4 offers during the month or upgrade to one of the paid packages (Pro or Premium) to send more quotations, also paid packages can enter the public bidding page and apply for any request, knowing that you can submit quotations according to your subscription package, to learn more about the packages, visit the packages page.
